Ordering Information
Generally all listed sizes are in stock. All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours (orders received after noon PST on Friday and through the weekend will be shipped on Monday). If there will be a delay with your order, you will receive an additional e-mail explaining the situation.
Return Policy
To place an exchange or return, please send a copy of your sales receipt with your order to the Foot Zone within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be received in new condition, without sign of wear, in their original box and repackaged for return. Include a short note with instructions for your return or exchange. Manufacturer’s defects are required to be returned within 60 days of purchase. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a restocking fee. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of refund or exchange.

Note: If the item being returned needs to be exchanged, make certain to include the style number of the item, size and color desired. If not specified, the same color and size of item will be sent that was returned.
Postage Credit
Domestic sites We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order. International sites We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Information Orders shipped via UPS Ground will be charged $5.95 per item. (smaller lightweight items may not incur the additional fee).

Shipments to U.S. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO and all other U.S. Territories will be charged $9.00 for shipping and be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.

UPS Overnight service is available within the Continental U.S. for a charge of $20.00 for the first item and $10.00 for each additional item (smaller lightweight items may not incur the additional fee).

UPS 2 Day service is available within the Continental U.S. for $13.00 for the first item and $9.00 for each additional item (smaller lightweight items may not incur the additional item fee).

The Foot Zone is not responsible for any delays encountered by UPS caused by adverse weather conditions or out of area deliveries. The Foot Zone is not liable for expedited shipping charges on delayed orders.

Unfortunately, The Foot Zone is unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.
