Couch To 5K Program

Our couch to 5K beginner runner program for 2012 is right around the corner! The first training run will be the 5th of January at both the Redmond and Bellevue Foot Zones in preparation to run the Saint Patricks Day Dash on March 17th, 2012. The purpose of this program is to help promote a more active lifestyle for those who don’t consider themselves runners. You don’t have to be a runner! This is a FREE program! Here are a few things you get from this program:

Detailed 12 week running program leading up to the event.
Gait analysis for every participant to ensure proper running technique.
10% off everything in the store for each participant during the 12-week period.
Positive energy at all times to ensure motivation to continue the training process.
Training on proper stretching, hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.

Sign ups will be held at both the Bellevue and the Redmond store locations.

The Foot Zone staff is comprised of highly trained and experienced athletes to help with your personal fitness needs. We strive to make a lasting impression on each and every customer. We do so by combining our expert knowledge of our products with a friendly and comfortable service environment.

At the Foot Zone, we don’t just have you try on the shoes, we fit you with the right shoe for your specific needs. Our employees are trained to talk with you about your specific needs, activities, and any injuries or problems you might be having. We will also do an on-site stride analysis for each individual.
