The “Love ‘em or Leave ‘em” Valentine’s Day Dash at Greenlake, Saturday, Feb. 13th. 5k walk and run, with free kids’ dash.  Event starts at 9:30.  Run on your own in a team of two. Register at any FootZone until 2/9. For more information or to register online, visit www.valentinesdaydash.com

Starting now, we will begin a training program to prepare for the Henry Weinhard’s St. Patrick’s Day Dash.  This program is aimed at beginners who have either never really run, or haven’t run regularly in a while.

Runs will be held at the Issaquah and Redmond stores.  Issaquah’s runs will be Tuesdays at 6PM, and Redmond’s will be Thursdays at 6PM.
